I have been in business for 25 years as a carpenter, home builder and designer specializing in residential construction.

I have the hands on experience, management skills and a technical proficiency that would reflect the over all skill set acquired from a career in this industry. (If you are a company to whom I have referenced this site but you are not a residential construction company. please read the following).

I am actively engaged and operate as a business to homeowners needing repairs and other projects as well as to contractors needing sub-contractors. I am also available as a Project Manager for construction firms specializing in quality residential work. If there is a firm needing temporary Management services, I can submit to this arrangement as well.

In these economic conditions, the abilities one has to expand their “marketability”  is of paramount importance. I have arrived at this juncture as the result of hard work and a strong work ethic. I continue to offer the same with each owner, client or employer, regardless of the job. It should be assumed that I do not work under a conflict of interest and all contracts are confidential as they are transparent to any third-party when it might be assumed that a conflict could arise.

Honesty and integrity is important in any business and cannot be expected if it is not reciprocated.
